Returns:
We do our best to pack our delicate products securely as possible, but if it arrives damaged or for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, then please return it back to us within 30 days. Your happiness is our top priority!
In every package we send, there is a USPS Ground Advantage Return Label (good for 30 days after purchase). Please affix this label to the parcel you wish to be returned through the post office, at no cost to you.
Refunds:
A full refund will be issued when the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used.
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time. The standard time frame for the arrival of funds is typically 2-3 business days, depending on your bank.
